Everyone can benefit from the therapeutic and health benefits of yoga, meditation and mindfulness.
For children the idea is to encourage them to use these 3 techniques whenever they need to find calm, refocus their energy and concentrate on a specific task.
During this Yoga Workshop there will be time to explore each technique with a fun Spring / Easter theme - yoga, meditation and a mindfulness craft!
There will also be a small crystal gift to take home at the end of the session.
This event is running from 15:00-16:30
Please bring with you a bottle of water and wear something comfortable that you can move freely in.
