Low impact, whole body approach, using exercises to build strength, improve posture and enhance the mind-body connection.

*please bring an exercise mat if you have one (I will have a couple spare).

These classes are so good. Robyn carefully builds exercises in complexity from the base level through to higher, really getting you to tune into the intricacies of the different muscles and how altering the exercise just slightly can do different muscles. The class is part strength and part stretch with a focus on breath - this helps calm and relax the body so well, and I always come away feeling warm, meditative, all the stresses of the day washed away. Would highly recommend.

Really enjoyed my first ever Pilates session with Robyn. Lovely group with plenty of space to move about. Highly recommend after a busy day at your desk!
